Do you accept charge backs?

No. If there is an issue with a shipment or product, you will be sent a refund or the order will be reshipped. If a customer says they will enact a charge back, we will not allow them to make future purchases on the site. Their credit card details will also be provided to processing agencies.

How do I know what the shipment and delivery costs are?

Your total charges include shipping and delivery. All of our duty free items are shipped for FREE.

How do you ship?

We use registered mail, which means that your signature is required upon delivery.

I would like to track my order status – how can I do this?

Once an order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. This email will list your order tracking number.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery of orders takes from 10 to 21 business days.

What if I am charged duty tax when I go to retrieve my order?

This is an implausible event. Nevertheless, each country has its specific customs laws. Depending on such restrictions and the nature of the products you ordered, it is possible that you will be requested to cover the duty tax to receive your package. If this should happen, you can proceed with one of these alternatives: If you wish, you can pay the tax and accept your package; or refuse the delivery and ask that it is returned to us (return to sender). We will be happy to issue you a full refund if you choose this option.

I ordered a number of items but received only a single shipment containing one item – where are the rest?

We break up orders of multiple items into several packages in order to avoid duty taxes (charged on shipments that exceed certain parameters). After you receive the first package, you will receive the others within ten business days.

You never replied to my email – why is this?

We answer every email that we receive. If you have completed our Contact Us form and not received a reply, you should check that your ISP or e-mail client are not blocking the messages we send you.
